When is the OSHA 300A posting deadline?
Covered employers must post OSHA Form 300A — the annual Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses — from February 1 through April 30 every year, even if they had zero recordable injuries. You can take it down on or after May 1, then keep it on file for five years.

If you miss it
Failing to post is a recordkeeping violation. OSHA penalties are adjusted for inflation each January; serious and other-than-serious violations run into the thousands per violation, and willful or repeated violations can reach six figures each.
