Who has to post the OSHA 300A summary?
Establishments with 11 or more employees that aren't in a partially exempt, low-hazard industry. If you're covered, you must post the 300A even if there were no recordable injuries that year — and a company executive has to certify the summary as accurate.

If you miss it
Failing to post is a recordkeeping violation. OSHA penalties are adjusted for inflation each January; serious and other-than-serious violations run into the thousands per violation, and willful or repeated violations can reach six figures each.
