Begin New OSHA 300 Log
Friday, January 1, 2027
Start a new OSHA 300 Log for the upcoming year. Previous year's logs must be retained for 5 years.
OSHA 300A Posting Begins
February 1 – April 30, 2027
Employers must post the OSHA 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses in a visible location from February 1 through April 30.
OSHA Electronic Submission Deadline
Tuesday, March 2, 2027
Establishments with 250+ employees must electronically submit OSHA 300/300A/301 data via the Injury Tracking Application (ITA).
OSHA 300A Posting Ends
Friday, April 30, 2027
Last day the OSHA 300A Summary must remain posted. Employers may remove the summary after April 30.
