Last day the OSHA 300A Summary must remain posted. Employers may remove the summary after April 30.

Who must comply

The same establishments that were required to post the 300A on February 1 — generally those with 11 or more employees in non-exempt industries.

Compliance checklist

  • 1Take down the 300A summary on or after May 1.
  • 2File the signed summary with the year's OSHA 300 Log and 301 incident reports.
  • 3Store all three forms for at least five years from the end of the calendar year they cover.

No. The summary must stay posted continuously from February 1 through April 30. You can remove it on or after May 1.

What do I do with the 300A after I take it down?
